Whether you’re a fungi lover, or someone who just doesn’t know where to begin when it comes to mushrooms. Well, look no further!
In this 90 minute immersive ‘Fungify Me’ workshop, our mushroom farmer Terry and team will dive into the incredible world of fungi as you get to taste, see, feel and touch these weird and wonderful things all while touring through their urban mushroom farm. You will be exploring spores, substrate, mycelium, and finally seeing how these beauties fruit within an indoor set up.
Expect sampling mushroom based goodies like jerky, chais, stir fried shrooms with their classic shiitake seasoning.
We’ll even feed you a hearty savory pie with our farm grown oyster mushrooms along with a canned mushroom beverage (worth £6). (Vegan, Veg and meat options available)
To cap off the experience, each participant will receive a free oyster mushroom grow kit, (worth £20) allowing you to continue your exploration of the fabulous world of mushrooms long after the workshop has ended.
