Seanchoíche (pronounced Shanna-Key-Huh) our storytelling night is coming BACK to Belfast in March. The event is taking place on Friday March 15th @ Banana Block, Belfast.
The theme of the night is Firsts and Lasts. All stories told will revolve around this theme. Stories can be personal anecdotes based on your own experience, or the experience of someone in your life, they can be fictional pieces, they can be monologues, poetry or anything that you consider a story.
We will have arranged storytellers on the night, but if you get the urge to stand up and tell a story when you’re at the event on the night, you are welcome to do so. Storytellers can contact [email protected] to let us know they are volunteering prior to the event.
This event is not BYOB.
Max 2 tickets per booking.
There are no refunds available on tickets purchased.
A seanchaí is a traditional Gaelic storyteller/historian. We’re all natural born storytellers, and often underestimate the value of a good story.
