“Sing Your Art Out” - Lionsgate edition

Join Lydia and Amy at Banana Block on Tuesday 4th August for round two of their expression extravaganza “sing your art out”.

The evening is a fusion of vocal toning and sounding, embodied movement, and painting - a unique opportunity to explore and experiment with how the arts move through you and interact with one another when you allow the wisdom of your body to lead. This laboratory of expression aims to awaken your creative vitality, and offers an open, playful and non-judgemental space for you to express what wants to be expressed.

This time during the powerful astrological portal of Lionsgate there will also be an optional facial and body art corner, if you feel the call for your skin to become your canvas.

We believe that our souls speak through spontaneous and intuitive expression, completely regardless of your perceived artistic skill or experience. The aim is not to create something beautiful but to allow creative freedom and be present in the process. We are here to safely guide you into a state of free expression and we have your back all the way. You will receive guidance on how to continue working with what emerges in the weeks afterwards.

Instructions

Please arrive between 6:30pm and 7pm for start time at 7pm.

Please bring:

• Water
• Mug for herbal tea
• Cushions/blanket if you’d like extra comfort
• Journal and pen

Please wear clothes that you won’t be upset to get paint on!
