MINCE is a celebration of queer culture taking influence from queer Berlin nightlife and 90s fashion. Mince is a collective of five friends that have decided to put all their collective skills in the mix and create a new immersive nightlife experience for Belfast.
We think it's a goodie and we hope you agree! A reminder that all dishes will be served family style! We're keeping things as affordable as possible. We are doing this for the fun of it and as a chance for us to experiment and spread our wings. Just an FYI, as this is a one off event we will be unable to strictly accommodate for vegans and some allergens, however many of our dishes will be vegetarian.
Truly the baddest of them all, the meteoric star Eliza Rose returns to Belfast for a huge standalone warehouse party at Banana Block. Following a huge Boiler Room debut and alongside her UK #1 single (B.O.T.A. – 2022’s sound of the summer) she has gone from strength to strength. You can expect a big audio-visual overhaul to showcase this one in style.

We'll play with paper cutting, experiment with shapes, and create beautiful textures. Unleash your artistic side and leave with your own stylized floral masterpiece!

Kokedama is a Japanese planting technique that uses moss and clay to build a beautiful growing media for your plants.
Kokedama literally means moss ball.
We will build a planter using some of the original East Asian techniques along with your favourite Banana Block beverage.
