MINCE is a celebration of queer culture taking influence from queer Berlin nightlife and 90s fashion. Mince is a collective of five friends that have decided to put all their collective skills in the mix and create a new immersive nightlife experience for Belfast.
We think it's a goodie and we hope you agree! A reminder that all dishes will be served family style! We're keeping things as affordable as possible. We are doing this for the fun of it and as a chance for us to experiment and spread our wings. Kokedama literally means moss ball.
We will build a planter using some of the original East Asian techniques along with your favourite Banana Block beverage.
